Zigma Global Environ Solutions, a leader in biomining, has been utilizing Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) by supplying it to cement and power plants. While other companies have melted mixed plastic waste (MPW) to produce materials for road laying, bricks, pavement blocks and similar applications. No one had previously converted this waste into granules or pellets that could serve as raw materials for various products.
We pioneered this process for the first time in India. Our innovation lies in the indigenous process we developed specifically for recycling unsorted mixed plastic waste derived from RDF, setting a new benchmark in sustainable waste management.
We successfully completed a project for Mitsubishi Motors at the Hindustan Motors Limited (HML) in Chennai installing PSW Guns - CR45 for the Mitsubishi Lancer Model in the existing production line. The scope included unloading and unpacking weld jigs, fixtures and gauges received from Parent company in Japan and shifting them to their designated locations.
Our next scope was to position the main and underbody assemblies, track systems and scissor lifters into a 330mm deep pit, adhering to the HML layout. Additionally, 22 jigs and fixtures were leveled and 60 clamping brackets were welded to the base frame with foundation holes drilled and grouting bolts fixed.
The project culminated in the successful erection & commissioning of the weld jigs with utilities connected and thorough trials conducted to ensure flawless functionality meeting Mitsubishi Motors' standards.
